Qualified and experienced Accountant and Human Resources Manager with 20 years’ experience across multiple industries including oil and gas, mining, exploration, technology, health and not for profit.
Experienced in management and statutory accounting, funding acquittals, budgets, cashflow forecast and internal taxes. Responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions and ensuring internal controls and processes reduce risk and optimise efficiency.
Achievements include streamlining processes through implementing new procedures, additional training, and accountability resulting in administration efficiencies of up to 30%.
Implementing new payment options and invoicing processes reducing bad debt and aged receivables by 50%.
